Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential clients to understand their property needs

- Show properties to prospective buyers or tenants

- Negotiate prices and terms between sellers and buyers

- Provide guidance and assist clients in making sound property investment decisions

- Maintain a strong knowledge of the real estate market trends

- Create and maintain good relationships with property developers and landlords

Requirements & Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous sales experience is advantageous

- Ability to work independently and drive results

- Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations

- Familiarity with CRM software for managing client databases

- High school diploma or equivalent
