ملخص الوظيفة

Black & Grey HR is hiring a Mechanical Engineer for a leading Tier 1 contracting company in Dubai UAE. Our client is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional with experience in high-rise building projects to manage mechanical engineering activities site coordination and project execution across large-scale developments. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

-Supervise and manage mechanical works for high-rise construction projects

-Review mechanical drawings technical specifications and project documentation

-Coordinate with MEP teams consultants contractors and subcontractors for smooth project execution

-Monitor installation testing and commissioning activities of mechanical systems

-Ensure all mechanical works comply with project quality standards authority regulations and safety requirements

-Track project progress and support timely completion of site activities

-Identify and resolve technical issues related to mechanical systems and installations

Requirements

-Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / ) is mandatory

-310 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the construction industry

-Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE/GCC

-Strong knowledge of mechanical systems MEP coordination and site execution

-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

-Good communication and coordination skills

-Immediate availability preferred

Required Skills:

-Bachelors Degree in Architecture or related Engineering field. -Minimum 812 years of experience in contracting/construction companies. -Strong experience handling Civil Residential and Mixed-Use development projects. -Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit BIM and MS Office. -Good understanding of construction methodologies architectural detailing and local building regulations. -Experience in coordinating with consultants and site execution teams. -Strong technical problem-solving and coordination skills. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. -Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
