Company Description
Numerus Group is a group of partner companies with offices in Iraq UAE Jordan Egypt and the UK. The group identifies and implements viable and sustainable investment opportunities in Iraq contributing to the economys development. The group operates in various sectors including Logistics and Trucking Food Distribution Telecom Distribution Automotive Dealership Power Plant Operation and Management Oil & Gas Services Contracting and Construction Supply and Procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and support schedules according to monthly close schedules.
- Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures.
- Analyze revenues commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately monthly.
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
- Assist with the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Support the Senior Accountant and finance team with ad hoc projects and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Eagerness to learn and to take on new challenges.
