HR Recruiter Support – Internship Junior Contract

The company has grown continuously since its creation and is now entering a new structuring phase particularly on the commercial and people side. Recruitment is a strategic priority for us not an administrative function. You will join a founder-led hands-on environment and work closely with management senior recruiters and high-quality external recruitment consultants.

We are looking for students or recent graduates in Human Resources Business Psychology Management or a related field. A first experience or internship in HR recruitment administration or customer support is a plus but not mandatory. You must be comfortable working closely with management and external consultants and be willing to learn fast in a demanding environment.

Strong organizational skills reliability and attention to detail are essential. You should be proactive curious and comfortable handling follow-ups and coordination tasks. Clear communication in English is required; French or Arabic is a plus. This role is best suited for someone who wants to gain real professional experience and is ready to invest effort to grow.

This role offers real exposure to how recruitment works in a growing founder-led company. You will work closely with senior recruiters and management and gain hands-on experience with professional recruitment agencies and structured hiring frameworks such as the WHO Method and scorecards.

The fixed compensation is modest and aligned with an internship or junior profile but recruitment bonuses per successful hire can be offered based on performance. High performers may transition into a full-time role with growth opportunities in Talent Acquisition HR Operations or HR Generalist functions.

You will work in a friendly international human-centered environment in modern offices located next to the metro and tram with the flexibility of one remote day per week.
