We are currently seeking an ambitious leader to join our International Wealth and Premier Banking team working together with colleagues to define manage and achieve divisional business targets.

In this role you will:

1. Own Liabilities & Payments strategy (CASA Deposits Payments):Define and manage product pricing and marketing plans to meet customer needs and grow penetration/market share.
2. Drive financial performance:Manage a significant balance sheet and P&L delivering FRP outcomes through balance growth margin optimization fee/interest income and payment usage.
3. Optimize and evolve the product portfolio:Use market trends customer segmentation and portfolio reviews to identify gaps/opportunities prioritize initiatives and maintain a competitive proposition.
4. Lead change and capability delivery:Provide product expertise and deliver change programs including multi-channel and Mobile-led enhancements to hit revenue and digital delivery targets.
5. Improve customer journeys and experience:Streamline end-to-end processes strengthen customer communications and partner with Customer Experience teams to resolve pain points and improve satisfaction/NPS.
6. Ensure governance and controls:Maintain 1st line accountability for controls policy-compliant product launches and effective engagement/influence across key UAE governance forums and senior stakeholders.

To be successful in the role you should meet the following requirements:

• • Minimum 10 years experience in transaction banking product development / sales / marketing within leading financial institutions.
  • Solid product knowledge acrossCASA deposits and payments with a proven product development track record.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes and take responsibility forend-to-end commercial KPIs(balance margin fees usage).
  • Experience coordinating acrosssales training IT and financial planning and deliveringmulti-function projectssuccessfully.
  • Excellent relationship-building influence and leadership skills able to make tough decisions and drive high standards across Group/country partners.
  • Experience acrossdeveloped and developing markets culturally sensitive to local needs with strong emotional intelligence and integrity including comfort operating within arisk & controlenvironment.
  • A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit. If your university certificate is from outside the UAE up-to-date attestations and equivalency are also mandatory (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside The UAE).
