HNB Real Estate is in search for an ideal candidate for the position of Administrative Assistant for Real Estate industry, who is driven and motivated to be part of our professional team. This position offers a huge range of possibilities and growth potential to gain in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of CRM system specifically Property finder expert
- Maintenance of listing systems such as Property finder, Bayut and Dubizzle.
- Preparing listings, including verification and Trakheesi permits.
- Preparing forms e.g. A, B, F etc.
- Preparing tenancy contracts.
- Ability to draft company emails, NOC, letters and presentations.
- Filling and record keeping.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office packages.
- Developer registration, renewals, and gathering materials.
- Managing digital filing, ensuring that brokers centrally save supporting documents for properties.
- Having basic knowledge in Canva
- Having basic knowledge in accounts.
Requirements:
- Real Estate experience is essential - minimum of 2-4 years.
- URGENT POSITION - Can join immediately
- Excellent in written & spoken English.
- Excellent time management skills and ability multi task.
- Excellent follow-up skills and lead management.
- Excellent customer service skills and effective management of client's inquiries.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
