- Implement and support ACCOR best practices.
- Contribute to ACCOR Technology Services knowledgebase.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PCs servers networks software and IT systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Install configure maintain and optimize Windows servers workstations databases and peripheral equipment.
- Support onboarding processes by setting up user accounts system access and IT equipment for new employees.
- Collaborate with internal departments to maintain IT security system performance and emergency/crisis management readiness.
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of proven IT experience in the hospitality industry
- Sound Computer knowledge in Opera System MICROS and MS office applications etc.
- Displays initiative
- Customer/people-oriented
- High attention to detail and ability to complete projects.
