We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. This is a high-visibility role that combines administrative excellence with strategic involvement. The successful candidate will work closely with the SVP HR handling sensitive information coordinating complex schedules and serving as a liaison between the HR leadership and various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the SVP HR
Shadow the SVP HR in key meetings and initiatives
Manage complex calendar scheduling and prioritize appointments
Coordinate meetings prepare agendas and take detailed minutes
Draft correspondence reports and presentations
Liaise effectively between the SVP HR and various HR verticals
Act as a bridge between HR leadership and business departments
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
Prepare briefing materials for the SVP HR before meetings
Follow up on action items and decisions from executive meetings
Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Manage travel arrangements and expense reports
Qualifications & Requirements
UAE National
Bachelors degree in Business Administration HR or related field
2-4 years of experience in an executive assistant role preferably supporting senior management
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Superior written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Experience in taking comprehensive meeting minutes
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Professional demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills
