Job Summary
Al Marwan Developments is looking for a responsible and vigilant Building Watchman to maintain the safety security and monitoring of residential/commercial building premises.
Key Responsibilities
The key duties and responsibilities of the Building Watchman include but are not limited to:
Conduct regular patrols of the building premises parking areas and surrounding locations
Monitor and control entry and exit of visitors staff and vehicles
Ensure gates doors and common areas are secure at all times
Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity
Respond promptly to emergencies incidents or tenant complaints
Maintain daily records and logbooks of activities and observations
Coordinate with maintenance and management teams when required
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness around the security area
Required Skills & Qualifications
Nationality: Indian / Nepali & Others
Education: Intermediate or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Building Watchman
Basic communication skills in English
Physically fit alert and disciplined
Ability to work flexible shifts including emergencies and weekends
