Role Description
This is a Part-time remote role for a Real Estate Sales Agent. The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients showcasing properties and guiding clients through the sale and purchase process. Responsibilities include conducting property market analysis negotiating deals and collaborating with other real estate professionals to close transactions. Providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating a strong understanding of the real estate market is essential.

Qualifications
Proven skills in Real Estate Sales and overall Real Estate processes
Possession of a valid Real Estate License
Strong Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting sales targets
Proficiency with real estate management software and basic digital tools
Knowledge of the local real estate market is highly advantageous
Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate Marketing or related field (preferred but not required)
Compensation & Benefits:
