Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage Key Opinion Leader campaigns ensuring optimal performance and engagement.
- Handle and maintain relationships with key accounts ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness track key performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Generate detailed reports analyze trading data and derive insights to optimize performance.
- Manage and distribute incentives and bonuses accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with relevant departments including marketing finance and operations to ensure smooth workflows.
- Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment and foster strong internal communication.
- Adapt to dynamic market conditions and perform efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Be willing to work longer hours when necessary to meet business demands.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an operations role within a crypto exchange is preferred.
- Experience in the fintech or blockchain industry is an advantage.
- Strong Excel skills or proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in English is necessary and Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Prior experience in managing KOL campaigns trading platforms or cryptocurrency-related projects is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets blockchain technology and digital assets is an advantage.
