Job Summary
The Waiter for private residences will deliver high-quality discreet and personalised front-of-house service within Private property settings. The role requires attention to detail exceptional customer service to ensure seamless dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive courteous and discreet table service for breakfasts lunches dinners and private events.
Serve food and beverages professionallyplating clearing and presenting courses with appropriate timing and etiquette
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in service areas and storage including polishing silver and crystal
Set up and break down for private events and functions ensuring all serviceware and linens are handled stored and inventoried correctly
Requirements
Previous experience as a waiter private property or in high-end hospitality
Strong knowledge of formal and informal dining service table settings and service etiquette
Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain discreet and professional at all times
