About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Vice President Development to lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of large-scale real estate projects. The role involves driving project strategy overseeing planning and execution and ensuring delivery of high-quality developments aligned with business objectives market demand and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities
Development Strategy & LeadershipDefine and drive development strategies for residential commercial and mixed-use project positioning concept development and market growth opportunities and expand the development alignment with long-term organizational goals and investment strategies.
Project Development & ExecutionOversee the full project lifecycle from feasibility to projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality with planning design construction and sales efficient execution and risk management across all project phases.
Financial & Commercial ManagementLead feasibility studies financial modeling and investment project budgets costs and returns through effective cost management and value funding strategies and capital allocation decisions.
Stakeholder & Authority ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with government authorities and regulatory with investors partners consultants and compliance with local regulations and approval the organization in high-level negotiations and discussions.
Design & Product Development OversightEnsure development concepts align with market trends and customer design quality functionality and with master planning and design teams for integrated projects meet brand standards and sustainability goals.
Team Leadership & Organizational DevelopmentLead and manage multidisciplinary development performance objectives and drive a high-performance senior team members and build leadership external consultants and project partners.
Risk Management & GovernanceIdentify and mitigate risks across development strong governance compliance and reporting project performance and implement corrective continuous improvement in development processes.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Real Estate or a related degree in Business Administration Real Estate or a related discipline is preferred.15 years of experience in real estate development with leadership experience in large-scale track record in delivering high-value residential commercial or mixed-use developments.
