About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support the planning execution and delivery of real estate development projects. The role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met and supporting technical and operational aspects of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & ExecutionAssist in planning scheduling and execution of construction and development project activities to ensure timely delivery within scope and project plans drawings and progress and ensure adherence to Coordination & SupervisionCoordinate with contractors consultants and site on-site activities to ensure compliance with design and quality site inspections and report progress and resolve site-related issues Support & DocumentationReview technical drawings and provide engineering and maintain project documentation reports and in material approvals and technical proper documentation for approvals and & ComplianceEnsure compliance with project specifications safety standards and local quality of work and ensure adherence to approved quality control processes and non-conformities and implement corrective CoordinationLiaise with internal teams consultants contractors and communication between project in project meetings and provide alignment across all project & MonitoringPrepare progress reports and performance project milestones budgets and insights and recommendations to improve project accurate records of project activities.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.36 years of experience in project engineering within real estate or construction in UAE-based projects is preferred.
