About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established construction chemicals company based in Dubai serving the UAE and regional markets. The company specializes in delivering high-performance chemical solutions for the construction industry including products used in infrastructure commercial and large-scale development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for key East African hubs including Kenya Tanzania and Uganda
Take full accountability for the regions profit and loss (P&L) performance including revenue growth and margin targets
Monitor local competitors as well as global players to refine pricing strategies and product positioning continuously
Recruit onboard train and manage local distributors to ensure effective market coverage and product reach
Conduct on-site product trials demonstrations and technical engagements with customers and stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Civil Engineering or Chemistry; an MBA is highly preferred
712 years of experience in construction chemicals such as admixtures flooring systems sealants or waterproofing solutions
Willingness to travel extensively with 50%70% regional travel across East Africa and active on-site involvement
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Swahili is a strong competitive advantage in the East African market
