About the Role
AsMarketing Director you will lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing across LINKVIVAs events and client projects.
This is asenior leadership rolerequiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution where you will translate clientobjectivesinto impactful insight-driven marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
You will oversee the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns from brief and concept development through to executionoptimisation and reporting ensuring alignment with creative direction audience engagement and commercialobjectives.

- Lead the development of360 marketing strategiesacross all projects and events
- Translate client briefs intoclear insight-led marketing approaches
- Definepositioning messaging and campaign direction
- Oversee end-to-end delivery ofintegrated campaignsacross digital social PR media partnerships and activations
- Driveaudience growth engagement and attendanceacross all campaign phases
- Act as the primarymarketing lead for clients presenting strategies and performance insights
- Build andmaintainstrongclient and stakeholder relationships
- Lead mentor and developmarketing teams across multiple disciplines
- Manageagencies partners and suppliersto ensure quality and consistency
- Define and trackKPIs and campaign performanceoptimisingin real time
- Deliverpost-campaign analysis insights and recommendations
- Ensure marketing contributes torevenue growth commercial success and business objectives
- Identifyupsell opportunitiesand support new business pitches
About You
A senior marketing leader with 10 years of experience ideally within events experiential or agency environments
Proven track record of delivering large-scale integrated marketing campaigns
Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into impactful execution
Commercially driven with a clear understanding of ROI revenue and performance metrics
Experienced in leading and developing high-performing teams
Confident in managing clients and senior stakeholders
Highlyorganisedand capable of managing multiple projects under pressure
Data-driven using insights to inform decisions andoptimiseperformance
What You Need to Apply
10 years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on event marketing
Proven experience managing large-scale campaigns and integrated strategies
Strong expertise across digital social PR media partnerships and activations
Experience in client-facing roles within agencies or event environments
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing to business outcomes
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Based in the UAE or open to relocation
