We are seeking a high-calibre Personal Assistant to work directly with the Executive Director of a hospitality firm in Abu Dhabi.

This is a key role for someone who can operate with discretion precision and confidence in a fast-paced high-standard environment.

Requirements:

* Based in Abu Dhabi

* Fluent well-spoken English

* Professional polished and experienced

* Background in hospitality or lifestyle consultancy firms preferred

* Strong organisational and time-management skills

* Able to handle confidential matters with absolute discretion

* Proactive detail-oriented and solution-driven

* Preferably female

Youll be the directors right hand managing schedules coordinating priorities and ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
