Digital Marketing Associate

We are looking for a high-performance Digital Marketing Executive to join Bin Murshed Group and drive growth across multiple brands including Delivery Zone, Emirates Zone, Wayno, and Khadamat.

What You’ll Do

You will own end-to-end digital marketing performance across multiple channels with a strong focus on measurable results:

• Plan & execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies
• Drive qualified lead generation & conversion optimization
• Manage high-performance campaigns on:
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• LinkedIn Ads (B2B lead generation)
• Snapchat Ads (UAE audience targeting)
• Optimize CPL, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates
• Build and improve landing pages & funnels
• Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat)
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, automation tools) for content, ads, and scaling campaigns
• Track performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager & LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Continuously reduce ad spend waste and improve ROI

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
• Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads (mandatory)
• Experience in lead generation & funnel marketing
• Exposure to LinkedIn Ads & Snapchat Ads (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of AI tools in marketing & automation workflows
• Experience with landing pages, websites, and conversion optimization
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
