Job Title: Storekeeper - Warehouse

General Summary

The Store Keeper is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy supporting internal audits and ensuringmaterials are readily available to meet operational demands. The role involves coordination with InventoryControllers and Expeditors to ensure seamless inventory management and compliance with HSE standards

Inventory Management:

Perform continuous stock checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

Monitor and reconcile variances between physical counts and system records.

Address stock discrepancies promptly to minimize operational impact.

Audit and Compliance:

Coordinate and execute internal and external audits in line with regulatory and company standards.

Prepare comprehensive audit reports and ensure timely closure of identified gaps.

Enforce adherence to safety and compliance standards for material handling.

Operational Support:

Collaborate with the Expeditor to manage reservations and track purchase requisitions for timely

material availability.

Support the Inventory Controller by maintaining updated records of stock aging and obsolete inventory.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate periodic reports on inventory accuracy stock levels and trends.

Proactively identify and report slow-moving or obsolete items.

Knowledge: Inventory management stock cycle counting and audit compliance.
Skills: Effective communication problem-solving and attention to detail.

Minimum Education Qualifications (Must Haves) Preferred professionaltraining (Nice to have)
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Knowledge of SAP ERP systems and cycle counting
methodologies.
Professional Experience (Must Haves) Experience Recommended (Nice to have)
