Job Description:
Purpose of the Role: The Senior Business Analyst & QA Lead will support the delivery of a major enterprise talent management and internal mobility program. The role combines in-depth business analysis requirements engineering functional specification review governance documentation and quality assurance responsibilities.
You will translate complex multi-document business requirements into clear phased deliverables maintain traceability across the project lifecycle coordinate user acceptance testing and provide strong project coordination support to keep multiple workstreams progressing smoothly.
Analyse and synthesise requirements from BRDs High-Level Requirements Documents (HLRDs) commercial proposals and other source materials
Extract prioritise and simplify requirements for phased and MVP delivery
Review detailed functional specifications user stories acceptance criteria process flows matching rules governance controls and integration specifications
Maintain end-to-end traceability from source documents user stories test cases delivered functionality
Quality Assurance & User Acceptance Testing
Design review and execute comprehensive end-to-end test scenarios and UAT scripts covering the core business process
Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with business stakeholders
Perform regression testing after each sprint or release
Manage defect lifecycle: triage prioritisation retesting and linkage back to original requirements
Project Coordination & Governance Support Track tasks milestones dependencies and deliverables across multiple interconnected workstreams using Jira/Confluence or similar tools
Prepare clear status reports meeting minutes governance notes and professional stakeholder communications
Support governance and compliance activities including RBAC/ABAC configuration audit trail validation conflict-of-interest checks data privacy controls and exception management workflows
Assist in preparing evidence for milestone acceptances and hypercare / stabilisation support
Proactively identify risks gaps and dependencies (integration readiness data quality open design decisions) and escalate appropriately
Required Qualifications & Experience
58 years of experience as a Business Analyst/QA on enterprise HCM talent or recruitment platform delivery projects
Proven track record of analysing large multi-document requirement sets and producing phased prioritised deliverables
Strong hands-on experience writing user stories detailed acceptance criteria process flows and maintaining traceability matrices
Hands-on QA experience: authoring test scenarios coordinating UAT managing defects and regression testing.
Excellent written English communication skills able to produce concise stakeholder-ready materials (emails presentations governance summaries)
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery practices and tools (Jira Confluence)
Previous work with Oracle Fusion HCM or similar enterprise HR platforms
Exposure to AI-supported features (explainable matching predictive risk scoring automated action planning)
Familiarity with UAE labour regulations Emiratisation requirements and data privacy/governance standards in regulated entities
Arabic language proficiency (reading/writing)
