We are looking for a Business Development Executive based in Dubai to work remotely. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities building client relationships and supporting revenue growth. The ideal candidate has solid experience in Dubais market understands the full recruitment process and has strong prospection skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Dubai and UAE market
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and hiring needs
Perform active prospection through calls emails LinkedIn and other channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers
Present recruitment solutions and service offerings to prospective clients
Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
Maintain accurate records of activities and pipelines using CRM tools
Meet quarterly business development targets
Required Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Business Development role in Dubai
Proven experience working with recruitment or staffing services must be based in the UAE
Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process including:
Client requirement gathering
Coordination for candidate sourcing and screening
Offer management and onboarding
Required Skills
Strong prospection and lead generation skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
Good knowledge of the Dubai / UAE business environment
Experience with ATS systems
Self-motivated and disciplined to work independently from home
Driving license and own car is an advantage
Strong time management and organizational skills
Education
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or similar
