Description
We are seeking dedicated and punctual individuals for the position of Delivery Rider in the hospitality industry specifically to enhance our delivery service offering. As a Delivery Rider you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders promptly and in excellent condition. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service as you will be the face of our brand during deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Deliver orders to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and quality of deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations
Requirements
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in delivery or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of local roads and neighborhoods
