Responsible for hospitality retail and real estate engineering functions including new projects and building renovations.
- Lead engineering initiatives for new construction and renovation projects across hospitality retail and real estate assets.
- Oversee the design implementation and execution of facility upgrades and infrastructure improvements.
- Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations sustainability standards and budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects contractors and operations staff to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee maintenance and repair activities to ensure optimal building performance.
- Monitor and improve energy efficiency system reliability and compliance across all properties.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering or facilities management within hospitality retail or real estate.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale construction and renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes safety regulations and sustainable design principles.
- Proficiency in project management tools and building information modeling (BIM) software.
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
