ملخص الوظيفة
- Lead all financial tax treasury legal governance and compliance functions across the GCC region.
- Partner with Regional Managing Directors to drive business performance strategic planning and operational excellence.
- Oversee the integration of acquired regional businesses into the global operating model.
- Drive business transformation initiatives performance management frameworks and working capital optimization.
- Provide strategic financial insights and decision support to regional and global leadership teams.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and global standards across all financial and legal functions.
- Lead and develop high-performing finance teams across multiple jurisdictions.
- Represent the finance function in cross-functional and global leadership forums.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; CPA CA or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience with at least 5 years in a senior regional or global role.
- Proven track record of leading finance functions in complex multi-country environments within the GCC or similar regions.
- Demonstrated experience in business integration M&A and transformation initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on driving performance and value creation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Expertise in financial planning forecasting treasury management and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving global organization with a high degree of autonomy.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
