About the Role
Our client a consultancy with major enterprise clients based in Dubai is supporting a significant digital and organisational transformation sponsored directly by the client CIO and Chief Strategy Officer. We are seeking experienced pragmatic Agile Coaches to join an embedded delivery team on the ground in Dubai. This is a hands-on implementation role not a theoretical or advisory one.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and guide teams and leaders through Agile and Scrum adoption at team and organisational levels
- Act as a practical implementer embedding Agile ways of working across delivery teams
- Support scaled Agile practices primarily Scrum-based with knowledge of SAFe frameworks where applicable
- Drive and manage organisational change working directly with senior stakeholders including C-suite leadership
- Manage and mentor Scrum Masters and other Agile practitioners across multiple teams
- Contribute to enterprise-level transformation efforts including culture change and leadership coaching
- Collaborate with delivery leadership to align Agile practices with strategic business objectives
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on Agile coaching experience in enterprise environments
- Proven record as an implementer candidates must demonstrate real-world delivery not solely theoretical knowledge
- Strong experience coaching at both team level and enterprise/programme level
- Deep working knowledge of Scrum and Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to manage organisational change and influence senior stakeholders
- Technical background or familiarity with technical delivery is a strong advantage
- Must hold a valid UAE/Dubai work visa no visa sponsorship is available
Desirable Skills & Experience
- SAFe certification (SPC RTE or equivalent)
- Experience in programme director or lead coach roles managing teams of coaches
- Background in financial services banking or large-scale enterprise transformation
- Arabic language skills are a significant plus
- Prior experience working in the Middle East and understanding of the regional business culture

We are looking for pragmatic delivery-focused professionals who have "been there and done it." You will be comfortable operating with senior executives while simultaneously supporting team-level Agile adoption. A business agility mindset is preferred over a traditional Big Four consulting approach. You thrive in environments that are fast-moving sometimes unpredictable and require you to hit the ground running.
*Please note: Due to the nature of the contract candidates must already hold the right to work in the UAE. The engagement operates on a 6-month rolling basis due to current regional conditions with expectation of a longer-term programme.*
