About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support human resources operations within a dynamic educational environment. The role involves managing recruitment employee relations and HR administration while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and supporting a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & OnboardingManage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings screening and with department heads to understand staffing onboarding and induction programs for new a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Employee Relations & EngagementAct as a point of contact for employee queries and employee engagement initiatives and a positive and inclusive work employee grievances in a professional manner.
HR Operations & AdministrationMaintain employee records documentation and HR HR letters contracts and official attendance leave records and HR payroll coordination and employee benefits administration.
Compliance & Policy ManagementEnsure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal in developing and implementing HR policies and confidentiality of employee information and audits and compliance checks.
Performance Management & DevelopmentAssist in performance appraisal processes and training and development employee performance and development training programs and workshops.
Reporting & CoordinationPrepare HR reports and analytics for with finance administration and academic HR projects and smooth communication across departments.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.24 years of experience in HR operations preferably within the education of UAE labor laws and HR best practices is preferred.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsGood understanding of HR processes and policiesAttention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to handle confidential informationStrong problem-solving and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in MS Office and HR systems
