About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and technically strong IT Manager (ERP & Infrastructure) to oversee IT operations and drive ERP system management within a dynamic technology-driven environment. The role involves managing IT infrastructure ensuring system reliability and leading ERP implementation and optimization to support business efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure ManagementOversee daily IT operations including networks servers cloud systems and end-user high availability security and performance of IT system upgrades backups and disaster recovery IT policies procedures and documentation.
ERP Management & ImplementationLead ERP system implementation upgrades and continuous improvement business requirements and translate them into system integration of ERP with other business system performance and resolve ERP-related issues.
IT Strategy & Digital TransformationDevelop and implement IT strategies aligned with business digital transformation initiatives and process and recommend new technologies to improve scalability and future-readiness of IT systems.
Cybersecurity & ComplianceImplement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect data and compliance with IT governance policies and regulatory regular system audits and risk data privacy and security protocols.
Team Leadership & Vendor ManagementLead and manage IT teams and external service vendor selection contracts and performance training and support to users on IT systems and ERP IT budgets and resource allocation.
Reporting & Stakeholder CoordinationPrepare reports on IT performance projects and system with senior management to align IT initiatives with business effective communication between IT and other technical guidance and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.712 years of experience in IT management with strong ERP experience in ERP implementation and infrastructure in technology digital solutions or service-based industries is preferred.
