Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Manager to lead our global export operations in the fragrance industry. The Export Manager will be responsible for developing and executing export strategies managing international sales teams and driving revenue growth across key markets worldwide. This role requires strong leadership strategic vision and a deep understanding of international trade dynamics within the fragrance sector.
Job Key Performance Areas:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive export strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets in target regions.
Identify emerging market trends competitive threats and growth opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
Market Expansion:
Lead market research efforts to identify and evaluate new export markets assess market potential and prioritize market entry strategies.
Establish and nurture relationships with distributors retailers and key stakeholders to facilitate market expansion and penetration.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Set ambitious sales targets and KPIs for export teams and monitor performance against goals.
Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies pricing optimization and promotional initiatives tailored to international markets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key international customers distributors and strategic partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations export controls and customs procedures in all export activities.
Mitigate risks associated with currency fluctuations political instability and other external factors that may impact export operations.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage the export budget allocating resources effectively to support strategic objectives and maximise ROI.
Monitor financial performance analyse variances and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve financial targets.
Core Competency Framework:
Bachelors degree in International Business Marketing or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
Deep understanding of global trade dynamics export regulations and market trends.
Proven experience in export management or international sales leadership within the fragrance industry or a related field.

Fluent in English.
