Job Title: Sports Receptionist – Padel Club
Location: Sharjah UAE
Salary: AED 2500/month
Work Schedule: 6 days/week (shift-based)
About the Role
We are hiring a Sports Receptionist for a growing padel club in Sharjah. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a sports environment interacting with customers and supporting day-to-day club operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations and handle customer inquiries & bookings
Welcome members and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience
Coordinate court bookings and schedules
Handle calls WhatsApp queries and basic admin tasks
Support daily club operations and maintain a professional environment
Work Timings:
6 days a week
Rotational shifts:
Morning: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
(Shift timings may vary based on operations)
Requirements:
Prior experience as a receptionist / customer service role (sports or hospitality preferred)
Good communication skills in English
Friendly presentable and customer-focused
Comfortable working in shifts
