We are hiring a dedicated Tea Maker cum Counter Sales Executive to work in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for preparing tea and beverages while also handling counter sales billing and customer service in a café or retail outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare different types of tea coffee and beverages.
- Handle counter sales billing and customer interactions.
- Take customer orders and ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and preparation area.
- Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions.
- Display products attractively and promote sales.
- Manage stock of ingredients and report shortages.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Salary: 29000 per month
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in tea/coffee preparation and counter sales.
- Basic knowledge of POS and billing systems.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Presentable and service-oriented attitude.
