About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand market presence within an international education services environment. The role involves identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and promoting education-related services to students institutions and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & SalesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across target leads and convert prospects into clients and education services through meetings presentations and outreach assigned sales and business development targets.
Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with students educational institutions and client requirements and provide suitable guidance and high levels of client satisfaction and long-term inquiries and provide timely follow-ups.
Partnership DevelopmentDevelop and manage relationships with universities colleges and education new collaboration opportunities to expand service agreements and maintain partner onboarding of new partners and institutions.
Market Research & StrategyConduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education sector. Analyze competitor activities and market development of business strategies and expansion new markets and segments for growth.
Coordination & Operations SupportWork closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service in organizing seminars events and promotional application processes and documentation when compliance with company policies and procedures.
Reporting & Performance TrackingMaintain accurate records of leads clients and business activities in CRM regular reports on sales performance and pipeline KPIs and provide insights to performance against targets and suggest improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.25 years of experience in business development sales or education in international education services or student recruitment is preferred.
