Role : Payroll Officer
Location : Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose:
Payroll entries Overtime Calculations & entries Preparation of various payment memos & invoices Assisting in staff Murabahas & covered cards processing/reports JVs/GLs preparation & entries/reports. Assisting Payroll Supervisor in other activities as and when required.
Key Accountabilities of the role
Enter payroll transactions.
2) Calculate & enter overtime transactions.
3) Prepare various payment memos/invoices (ADIB Group).
4) Prepare/update staff Murabaha and Covered card reports and processing staff Murabahas and covered cards.
5) Prepare advance leave salary and prepare/update advance reports.
6) Assist in preparation of JVs/GLs reports/entries.
7) Assist Payroll Manager/Supervisor in other tasks as and when required.
8) Prepare Housing & General Advances
9) RCSA
10) Prepare various deductions
11) Prepare International payments & staff finance
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
1. Bachelor Degree(preferably with Accounting knowledge)
2. Good Communication & Interpersonal skills
3. Good Computer System Skills
4. Good Command of English Arabic an advantage.
