About the job
We are looking Senior Business Setup Advisor with 2 year of experience and specialized knowledge of mainland freezone and offshore business environments provides expert guidance to clients on business setup expansion and operational optimization in the UAE and similar jurisdictions. This role involves strategic advisory regulatory navigation and tailored solutions to ensure clients achieve their business objectives efficiently.
Requirements
Advise clients on the most suitable company formation options: mainland freezone or offshore based on their business goals and regulatory requirements.- Guide clients through the entire setup process including documentation licensing and compliance with local authorities.
- Formulate and execute business strategies in line with client objectives.
- Stay updated on changes in UAE business laws government policies and licensing regulations for all jurisdictions.
- Manage a portfolio of clients ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business through effective communication and service delivery.
- Maintain CRM systems and provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in business consulting with a proven track record in mainland freezone and offshore company formation.
- Strong knowledge of UAE business jurisdictions licensing and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and project management skills.
- Outstanding communication presentation and interpersonal abilities.
