ELE Interior Design is a friendly boutique Interior Design Studio we are looking to expand our workplace family.

The ideal candidate will have strong relevant experience in Luxury Residential Market in the UAE with excellent creative thinking & management skills and be able to create designs based on conversations and a brief from clients. You should be able to demonstrate completed projects within Dubai have a strong supplier network and confidence in presenting and managing third parties contractors and Client expectations. You should be able to manage a team communicate instructions clearly and be able to work independently on delivering a project from start to finish.

What Youll Be Doing

• Develop and deliver refined on-brand interior concepts and layouts across a variety of high-end residential projects
  
• Lead client meetings to understand vision brief and design objectives
  
• Prepare detailed design presentations: mood boards sketches 2D/3D drawings renders and sample boards
  
• Oversee FF&E selection procurement and specification
  
• Manage contractors vendors and suppliers with confidence
  
• Supervise site progress ensuring quality execution and timely delivery
  
• Report project status and solutions to the Head of Design and General Manager
  
• Lead and support the internal design team including 3D visualizers and interns offering guidance performance feedback and mentorship
  
• Stay ahead of industry trends materials and design innovation
  

Requirements

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design or a related field
  
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the UAE with a strong luxury residential portfolio
  
• Proven project experience in Dubai and a solid supplier/vendor network
  
• Strong design and conceptualisation skills with the ability to interpret and elevate a clients brief
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator) PowerPoint and other relevant tools
  
• Independent and team-oriented with strong leadership and time-management capabilities
