About the Client
Our client is a leading contracting organization headquartered in Abu Dhabi delivering large-scale civil and infrastructure projects across the UAE. Operating under a global holding structure the company is recognized for its financial discipline transparency and strong project governance.
Role Overview
The role is to provide cost management and commercial support for projects ensuring accurate valuations cost control and compliance with contractual terms. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review bills of quantities and cost estimates.
- Monitor project costs and prepare monthly valuations.
- Manage variations and claims.
- Liaise with procurement and project teams for cost optimization.
- Maintain accurate cost records and reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- Professional certification (MRICS or equivalent) preferred.
- 10 years of experience in quantity surveying within construction.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC and cost control techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and QS software.
