Key Responsibilities
Handle and convert company-generated leads into successful sales
Advise clients on property investment opportunities in the UAE market
Conduct property viewings and client meetings (virtual & in-person)
Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients
Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions
Stay updated on market trends property values and new developments
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 23 years of experience in UAE real estate sales
Proven track record of closing property deals
Strong knowledge of the UAE property market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven target-oriented and able to work independently
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
