Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced WordPress Website Developer to lead the full-cycle development of our new website from architecture and build through to migration of existing property listings and final deployment (go-live).

This role requires a strong focus on performance scalability data integrity and seamless transition from the current website.

Website Development

• Build a custom high-performance WordPress website (lightweight scalable SEO-first)
  
• Develop a modern premium UI/UX aligned with an international investment audience
  

• Implement mobile-first responsive design
  

Multilingual & Internationalisation

• Implement a multilingual framework (English Arabic initially scalable further)
  

• Enable geo-based personalisation (currency messaging region-specific content)
  

• Audit existing website structure and data (properties images metadata)
  
• Migrate all existing property listings to the new website without data loss
  

• Clean restructure and optimise listing data for:
  

  • SEO
    

  • Performance
    

  • User experience
    

• Ensure correct mapping of:
  

  • URLs (301 redirects where needed)
    

  • Property metadata (price size bedrooms etc.)
    

  • Media assets (images galleries)
    

Integrations

• Integrate with:
  
• CRM systems (e.g. Zoho CRM)
  

• Lead capture tools (e.g. Gravity Forms or alternatives)
  

• Property data feeds (Houzez or custom API integrations)
  

Performance & SEO

• Optimise for Core Web Vitals and achieve high PageSpeed scores (90 target)
  
• Implement technical SEO best practices (schema indexing structure)
  
• Set up caching CDN and asset optimisation
  

Testing & Go-Live

• Conduct full QA testing (performance responsiveness functionality)
  
• Manage staging production deployment
  
• Ensure a smooth go-live with zero downtime or data issues
  
• Monitor and resolve post-launch issues
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in WordPress (custom theme/plugin development)
  
• Proven experience in website migration projects
  
• Proficiency in:

• Experience with multilingual setups (WPML Polylang or similar)
