Key Responsibilities Inventory Tracking: Monitor and record inventory levels regularly ensuring accurate data entry in ZOHO Stock Audits: Assist in conducting regular inventory audits to verify stock accuracy and identify discrepancies. Order and Allocation Support: Collaborate with Accounts Logistics and Warehouse Teams in placing orders and allocation of goods. Data Entry: Maintain accurate inventory records including product descriptions quantities and locations in ZOHO Reporting: Generate inventory reports as needed and offering any AMT leftover stocks in the warehouse to the Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Accounting Logistics Warehouse and Purchase teams to ensure alignment on inventory needs and availability. Customer Service Support: Respond to internal inquiries regarding inventory levels and assist with special requests or adjustments as necessary. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business logistics or a related field preferred. Experience: Previous experience in inventory management retail or supply chain preferred but not required. Skills: o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with inventory management software like ZOHO. o Basic analytical skills to interpret inventory data. o Excellent written email communication and interpersonal skills.
