Restaurant Captain Dubai

Apt Resources is seeking a skilled and motivated Restaurant Captain to manage front-of-house operations at a prestigious dining establishment in Dubai. As the Restaurant Captain you will be responsible for supervising the service team ensuring smooth dining experiences and maintaining effective communication between the kitchen and front-of-house staff. You will play a vital role in elevating customer satisfaction and supporting operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise front-of-house staff to provide outstanding guest service.
• Manage seating arrangements and reservations efficiently to optimize dining flow.
• Handle guest inquiries concerns and feedback with professionalism and tact.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness presentation and safety in the dining area.
• Train and mentor team members to adhere to service protocols and company policies.
• Monitor inventory related to service items and communicate needs to management.
• Prepare regular reports on service performance and guest satisfaction.

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with Dubais hospitality standards and multicultural guest expectations is preferred.
• Hospitality-related certification or degree is advantageous.
