Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support data-driven decision-making through financial analysis reporting and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Excel Power BI and financial data extraction from Trial Balances and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
Extract and analyze financial data from Trial Balances and GL systems
Perform variance analysis (Budget vs Actual) and identify key trends
Develop financial models for forecasting budgeting and planning
Build interactive dashboards using Power BI
Prepare reports and insights for management decision-making
Ensure data accuracy through reconciliation with accounting teams
Support month-end/year-end closing and financial reporting
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
2 years of experience in financial analysis/accounting
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables INDEX/MATCH Power Query)
Hands-on experience with Power BI
Strong understanding of Trial Balance & financial statements
ERP system experience (SAP Oracle etc.) preferred
