What we are looking for:
- Currently based in the UAE
- Available to join immediately
- Previous or current experience in a recruitment agency for a minimum of 2 years
- Strong understanding of the UAE job market
- Experience in international recruitment is a strong advantage
- Confident in sourcing screening and managing candidates across different roles
- Good communication skills and ability to deal with clients professionally
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles
- Source candidates locally and internationally
- Coordinate with clients and understand hiring needs
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Package & Benefits:
- Salary: AED 4000 - 5000 (full package as per the experience)
