Are you a seasoned banking professional with a passion for relationship management and portfolio growth One of the leading banks in the UAE is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Senior Relationship Manager to join their Commercial Banking team.
Role Overview
As a Senior Relationship Manager you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and managing an existing portfolio of commercial banking customers. Youll play a vital role in deepening relationships identifying opportunities and delivering tailored financial solutions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the acquisition of new commercial clients across various industries
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
- Conduct financial and risk analysis to identify crosssell opportunities
- Build longterm relationships by offering strategic banking solutions
- Ensure portfolio quality by adhering to compliance and risk frameworks
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver bestinclass service
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in Commercial or SME Banking within the UAE
- Strong relationship management and portfolio handling skills
- Proven track record in sales client acquisition and revenue generation
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting or related field
- Excellent knowledge of financial statements credit analysis and regulatory guidelines
- UAE market experience is essential
Location: UAE (Open to candidates currently based in the region or those willing to relocate)
