We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our clients team in Al Wasl Jumeirah Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in office administration with strong skills in basic accounting and data entry. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative operations and provide support to various departments
Maintain organized filing systems both digital and physical
Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing petty cash management and expense tracking
Enter and maintain accurate data in ERP or accounting systems
Prepare reports documentation and correspondence as needed
Coordinate office supplies maintenance and vendor relations
Support HR and finance teams with relevant documentation
Assist in organizing meetings scheduling appointments and handling office communications
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 4 years of proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role
Proficiency in basic accounting principles and data entry
Experience using any ERP or accounting software is highly desirable
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
