Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for premium dining and operational excellence
Were looking for an experienced General Manager to launch and lead our new 3 Fils Restaurant branch in Dubai a brand known for innovation authenticity and awardwinning culinary excellence.
About the Role:
As General Manager youll be responsible for endtoend operations team leadership guest satisfaction and P&L accountability. You will champion our brand values while ensuring seamless service high team morale and strong financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daytoday operations of the new restaurant to ensure a worldclass guest experience
- Hire train and mentor a highperforming front and backofhouse team
- Oversee quality control hygiene standards and food safety compliance
- Implement operational strategies aligned with brand vision and SOPs
- Drive revenue profitability and manage budgets costs and forecasts
- Maintain vendor relationships procurement and inventory management
- Handle guest feedback and ensure service recovery where needed
- Monitor KPIs service standards and regularly report performance metrics to the Head Office
- Coordinate marketing events and customer engagement initiatives
Key Requirements:
- 710 years of F&B industry experience with at least 3 years in a General Manager or similar senior role
- Proven experience in finedining or premium casual dining environments
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials labor controls and cost management
- Exceptional leadership teambuilding and training skills
- Deep knowledge of UAE hospitality trends customer behavior and local regulations
- Outstanding communication problemsolving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with launching or opening new restaurant locations is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent preferred
