Cheif Executive Officer

Capstone Real Estate, a leading player in the Facilities Management (SME Sector) industry in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership. The CEO will drive sustainable growth, optimize service delivery, and uphold the company's reputation for excellence in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a 3-year strategic roadmap to expand market share in the UAE FM sector.

- Secure high-value contracts in residential, commercial, and government sectors.

- Drive digital transformation with advanced CAFM/ERP solutions.

- Oversee both Hard FM (MEP, HVAC, Civil Works) and Soft FM (Cleaning, Security, Landscaping) services.

- Manage financials ensuring revenue and EBITDA targets are met.

- Ensure compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021.

Requirements & Skills:

- 15+ years in FM or Construction, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role in the UAE.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or professional certifications preferred.

- Deep knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate landscape and FM procurement.

- Exceptional negotiation, financial modeling, and crisis management skills.

- Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law, RERA regulations, and EHS requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional certification such as RICS or IFMA.
