Role Summary

Manages all customer communication for a premium car care shop including WhatsApp followups outbound calls scheduling and CRM updates. Supports sales growth by maintaining strong relationships and ensuring smooth daily workflow.

Core Responsibilities

Call customers for followups confirmations reminders and upsells.
Manage WhatsApp communication with fast responses and a professional tone.
Handle daily booking and scheduling for detailing tinting PPF and related services.
Maintain a simple CRM pipeline: leads followups job status and customer history.
Support sales by explaining services packages and add-ons clearly.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth job flow and accurate timing.

Required Skills

Strong communication on calls WhatsApp.
Consistent followup discipline and customer handling.
Ability to manage schedules and time slots efficiently.
Basic understanding of car care services or willingness to learn quickly.
Organized reliable and comfortable in a fastpaced shop environment.
Previous experience in a car care / detailing / tinting / automotive service shop.Existing client base or personal network in the automotive community (advantage).
Familiarity with CRM or leadtracking tools.
