Role Summary
Manages all customer communication for a premium car care shop including WhatsApp followups outbound calls scheduling and CRM updates. Supports sales growth by maintaining strong relationships and ensuring smooth daily workflow.
Core Responsibilities
- Call customers for followups confirmations reminders and upsells.
- Manage WhatsApp communication with fast responses and a professional tone.
- Handle daily booking and scheduling for detailing tinting PPF and related services.
- Maintain a simple CRM pipeline: leads followups job status and customer history.
- Support sales by explaining services packages and add-ons clearly.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth job flow and accurate timing.
Required Skills
- Strong communication on calls WhatsApp.
- Consistent followup discipline and customer handling.
- Ability to manage schedules and time slots efficiently.
- Basic understanding of car care services or willingness to learn quickly.
- Organized reliable and comfortable in a fastpaced shop environment.
- Previous experience in a car care / detailing / tinting / automotive service shop.Existing client base or personal network in the automotive community (advantage).
- Familiarity with CRM or leadtracking tools.
