Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of electrical mechanical and telecom power systems including AC units and E&M infrastructure.
- Coordinate installation and upgrade projects with Head Office consultants and contractors.
- Prepare technical specifications cost estimates and project timelines aligned with design standards.
- Monitor project progress generate reports and support resolution of technical issues.
- Supervise installation testing and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
- Lead preventive maintenance activities and manage rectification of major system faults.
- Contribute to strategic planning for maintenance and operations in line with regional policies
Education:.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Masters preferred)
Experience:
- 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in the telecommunication and/or power industries.
- Proven leadership in operations project management and technical oversight.
Core Competencies:
- Project management and team leadership.
- Tendering technical evaluation and contract negotiation.
- Budgeting financial planning and cost control.
- Telecom engineering knowledge and system integration.
- Market awareness and business acumen.
- Familiarity with telecom products and services.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and professional networking.
