Job Title: Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL)
Location: Dubai

For this purpose the Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) is a key internal expert providing field-based scientific and clinical support to healthcare professionals. This role ensures high-level medical scientific and technical expertise in Dermatology & Aesthetics with a focus on the UAE and support in KSA as needed.
The MSL will play a pivotal role in launching Nemolizumab for treating various dermatoses and supporting A&C while building strong relationships with medical experts scientific societies and internal teams. Approximately 80% of the role involves field activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Goals
Advance science and standards of care for patients and healthcare providers.
Enhance Galdermas scientific credibility with national and regional key thought leaders (KTLs/KOLs).
Act as the main point of contact for KTLs/KOLs to facilitate medical-scientific projects clinical studies NIS and investigator-initiated trials (IITs).
Identify develop and maintain relationships with local regional and national KTLs/KOLs.
Collaborate with academic centers to access current medical information and support Galdermas research and educational priorities.
Information & Support
Provide KTLs/KOLs with practical clinically relevant information for effective and safe use of Galderma products.
Support Tier 1 2 and 3 external experts.
Communicate scientific information about Galdermas compounds (e.g. Nemolizumab) in a strictly non-promotional manner in compliance with laws regulations and company policies.
Organize advisory boards and scientific symposia.
Deliver scientific training to field force teams.
Prepare and present credible scientific materials to healthcare providers and stakeholders.
Attend congresses and relevant scientific meetings.
Maintain up-to-date scientific knowledge to ensure informed dialogue with KOLs/KTLs.
Gather and share actionable insights from congresses literature and competitor analysis with internal teams.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with medical office staff marketing and sales teams.
Support internal teams by delivering scientific updates and expertise.
Collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining functional independence.
Liaise with Global and International Medical Affairs teams.
Identify and engage thought leaders for research advisory boards congresses and symposia ensuring scientific integrity.
Compliance & Legal Guidance
Ensure all activities comply with local national and global laws regulations guidelines and Galderma policies.
Support Galderma research through investigator identification scientific exchange and feedback to medical teams.
Respond to unsolicited medical and scientific requests.
Utilize modern technology platforms to maximize efficiency and minimize travel.
Adhere to company policies including Code of Conduct IT fleet and confidentiality policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
Medical Pharmacy or higher degree (e.g. MSc PhD) in Life sciences.
Dermatology Aesthetics or Immunology-Biologics experience is desirable.
Several years of relevant medical research or pharmaceutical/biotech experience preferred.
Experience liaising with medical professionals and opinion leaders.
Proven ability to develop and present scientific/medical content to diverse audiences.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Skilled in meeting planning facilitation and technical platforms.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented matrix environment.
Highly organized able to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Ability to build credibility and relationships with medical professionals.
English: spoken and written (scientific purposes).
