IIQAF Group is seeking a reliable and professional Bus Driver to safely transport employees and staff to and from construction sites in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and safe transportation maintain the vehicle and follow UAE traffic regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate buses shuttles or company vehicles for transporting construction staff
Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and maintenance
Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the bus interior and exterior
Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to supervisors or fleet management
Ensure all passengers follow safety protocols and regulations
Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage mileage and incidents
Comply with UAE traffic laws and company transportation policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Valid UAE heavy vehicle or bus driving license
Proven experience as a Bus Driver Shuttle Driver or Construction Vehicle Driver
Knowledge of traffic rules road safety and defensive driving
Excellent time management and reliability
Ability to maintain a professional and courteous attitude with passengers
Familiarity with construction site locations in Dubai is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

Experience driving buses or vans for construction companies or staff transportation
Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
Strong communication and organizational skills
