We are seeking a dynamic and selfmotivated 360 Recruitment Consultant who will manage the entire recruitment cycle from the first contact with the client to job placement. This is a fully commissionbased opportunity with a remote and flexible working model. The ideal candidate will confidently represent our brand and build trusted longterm partnerships with clients under the umbrella of a corporate and professional recruitment company.

What You Will Do:

Establish first contact with potential clients and introduce our services
Understand client needs provide tailored recruitment solutions and prepare proposals
Manage contract negotiations and secure client agreements
Work on active job roles source qualified candidates and manage the entire placement process
Represent Workforce Global with a professional and corporate attitude
